What is
Occupational Therapy?
An occupational therapist is a health care professional who utilizes evidence-based practice methods to assist individuals to return to their daily activities. This means assisting people to return to the activities they used to do before their injury or illness. Examples include: returning to work or school, home management tasks, personal care tasks/sleep, getting around in your community, and/or returning to leisure/sports activities.
